Manuel contacted us because he was referred by a friend who’d had an attic fan installed and encouraged Manuel to do the same. Manuel was looking to boost the performance of his HVAC system by cooling his attic. 

We came out to Manuel’s house and found the perfect spot to install the QuietCool Smart Gable Attic Fan 3.0. We blocked off the gable vent around the fan to ensure that it properly operated and was able to pull cooler outside air into the attic. We also paired the app on Manuel’s phone to the fan to be able to monitor its operation. Because the fan is set to automatically operate when the attic reaches a certain temperature and humidity, he can monitor its usage but doesn’t have to manually turn it on and off.

As a result of the fan installation, Manuel’s attic will be cooler, which will help his HVAC system to operate more efficiently, saving him energy and money on his monthly cooling costs.
