Attic Insulation - Attic Restoration and Whole House Fan Customer Testimonial in Fresno, CA

Luann and Steve met Chris at the Fresno Home and Garden Show. They were interested in investing in improving their home and making it more energy efficient. They decided to do a complete attic restoration and to have a whole house fan installed.

We removed their old insulation, cleaned and sanitized the attic, and meticulously air-sealed all air leakage points in order to prevent air from traveling between their attic and their home's living spaces. We also added rodent-proof barriers to prevent rodents and other animals from entering the attic and contaminating it. Lastly, we blew in premium, fiberglass insulation to bring Luann and Steve's attic up to the Energy Star-recommended 14 inches. 

We also installed a QuietCool Trident 5.5 whole house fan. This fan can be controlled using a wireless, 2-speed remote and sucks cooler, outdoor air throughout the house to cool it, then exhausts the hot air out the attic vents.
