QuietCool Trident 5.5 Whole House Fan Installation to Reduce Cooling Costs in Fresno , CA

David reached out to us on the recommendation of a friend who had recently had a whole house fan installed. He was looking to reduce his summer cooling costs while also making his home feel more cool and comfortable during the hot Central Valley summers. When we inspected his attic, we determined that he had plenty of room to install a whole house fan.

We began the project by identifying the ideal spot to place the fan and installing it. We ensured that there was proper ventilation for the fan to work effectively. We also showed David how to use to two-speed timer remote and explained the 15-year QuietCool warranty. Because the Trident 5.5 was installed by Tyson, David will be able to enjoy it worry-free for the next 15 years. He knows that if there is ever an issue and a warranty claim or repair needs to be made, we will take care of it, free-of-charge.

As a result of the whole house fan installation, David and his family will enjoy a cool, comfortable home during the summer months, better indoor air quality, and reduced cooling bills by up to 50%.

Insulation Upgrade -- R38 Level with Blown In Fiberglass in 1600 Sq. Ft. Home in Fresno, CA

Hilary contacted us because she'd had an HVAC technician at her house, but he told her that her air conditioner wasn't faulty, she was just low on insulation. When we came out and inspected her attic, we found that she was indeed low; she had only 5 inches of insulation present in her attic. We determined that to help Hilary achieve her goals of a cool, more comfortable home and lower cooling bills, an insulation upgrade was the best option.

We began by air-sealing visible leakage points using closed-cell foam. This helps to prevent air from flowing between the home's living spaces and the attic. We also built a barrier around her attic access to ensure that insulation would not spill out of the attic access. We then blew in premium, fiberglass insulation to an R38 level, bringing her attic to the Energy Star-recommended level.

Because of the work that we completed for Hilary, she and her family will now enjoy a cool, comfortable home during the summers, a warmer home during winters, and reduced heating and cooling costs by up to 30% for the life of their house.

Insulation Upgrade to R49 with Blown In Fiberglass Insulation in 1700 Sq. Ft. Home in Fresno, CA

Garrett contacted us because his home was uncomfortably hot and he believed the issue to be his insulation. His air conditioner was struggling to keep his home cool and ran constantly, and as a result, his cooling bills were astronomical. When we inspected his attic, we found that he had little to no insulation in most areas of his attic, with the highest spots being about 2-3 inches. This was directly causing his air conditioner to have to run all the time, and was actually also heating the conditioned air even before it entered the home. We determined that upgrading his insulation to R49, or 18 inches, was the best solution for his cooling problems.

We began by air-sealing visible air leakage points using closed-cell foam to help prevent the air from flowing from his attic into his home. We then blew in fiberglass insulation to a height of 18 inches.

As a result of the insulation upgrade, Garrett will enjoy reduced heating and cooling costs by up to 30% as well as more comfortable temperatures in his home year-round for as long as he lives there.

Insulation Upgrade to R49 with Blown In Fiberglass Insulation in 2000 Square Foot House in Fresno, CA

The homeowner called us because he was concerned about his home being hot and uncomfortable and his cooling bills being high during the upcoming summer months. We inspected his attic and found that he only had about 6 inches of old insulation present.

We upgraded the homeowner's attic to the Energy Star recommended R49 level by increasing his insulation to 18 inches using our blown-in, premium Johns Manville fiberglass insulation. We also air-sealed any openings we saw using closed-cell foam. This was done to prevent air from transferring between the attic and the living spaces of his home. We cleared the soffit vents to ensure improved ventilation of the attic space.

The combination of air sealing and bringing the insulation up to 18 inches will allow this homeowner to experience a more comfortable home and lower heating and cooling bills year-round for the life of the home.

The homeowner called Tyson Energy Solutions because their energy bills were high and their home felt uncomfortably warm during the extreme heat of summer in the Central Valley. Upon inspection, we discovered that their insulation did not meet the Energy Star recommended level, which was contributing to energy loss in his home.

We increased the level of insulation in the attic by blowing in premium, Johns Manville fiberglass insulation to a height of 14 inches. This brought the attic up to the Energy Star recommended R38 level of insulation. We also sealed holes and gaps in the attic to prevent air leakage between the attic and the living spaces of the home.

Since our premium fiberglass insulation doesn't settle over time, this homeowner will be able to enjoy the lower heating and cooling costs and a more comfortable home for the life of his house.
